How do I Nominate my Emaar MGF Property?
For Nomination of your Emaar MGF unit, you would need to:
Clear all outstanding dues including nomination charges (as applicable till the date of Nomination) in your unit
Complete the documentation set as per the checklist below
Once the documentation (as per the checklist) is prepared, hand it over to the Customer Service team at the closest Emaar MGF office
On confirmation that all the documents are in order, you and the nominee/buyer will be invited to the office to complete the Nomination formalities
A formal communication confirming the nomination will be sent to you and the nominee/buyer within 7 working days

How do I add/substitute/delete a Name on my Application/Agreement/Title Deed?
For getting a name deleted/added or substituted (blood relation only) for your property in Emaar MGF , you are requested to:
Complete the appropriate document (format provided below)
Submit the original payment receipts, Buyers Agreement for necessary endorsement to the Customer Service team at the closest Emaar MGF office
A formal communication will be sent to you within 7 working days

How do I seek a Bank Loan? Will Emaar MGF be able to hand-hold me through the process?
Here are a few easy steps to keep in mind should you wish to avail a bank loan:
Send us a copy of the sanction letter from your bank and
Send us a consent letter/email from your registered email address, confirming your desire to take a loan from the bank (sample format attached)
Collect 03 duly signed copies of the Tripartite Agreement (TPA) from your bank, and forward it to the Customer Service team at the closest Emaar MGF office for execution.
The executed TPA and NOC/Permission to Mortgage (PTM) will be forwarded by us to your banker within 2 working days and you may check with your banker for an update.
